Born in 1973 in Tokyo and now based in Kyoto. He began his illustration career in 2002 under the name "Murgraph," working on book covers, advertisements and in the fashion industry.In recent years, he has been working more and more on children's books.
1973年東京生まれ。2002年よりMurgraph（マーグラフ）の名で、書籍装画、広告、ファッション等のイラストレーションの仕事に携わっている。近年は、あかね書房から出版された2冊の絵本『よめる よめる もじの えほん』『わかる わかる じかんの えほん』の絵を担当するなど、児童書の仕事が増えている。京都在住。
