After graduating from the Kuwasawa Design School Fashion Department in 1995, MIHO studied at Studio Bercot in Paris, France. During her Paris years, MIHO worked as an assistant for a fashion designer, Eric Bergere. She also worked on her own pieces, which were covered in PURPLE magazine. Since her return to Tokyo in 1999, she has worked as a fine artist and illustrator, mostly on magazines and advertisements. Her fashion design is also very highly acclaimed.
