Ono,Motonari
	Born in 1981. Arrived in the UK in 2000, Graduated top of the year from London College of Fashion Foundation Course. He began studying in Antwerp Royal Academy of the Arts in 2003, but was discovered by Bora Aksu in the same year, and began working as his Chief Pattern Cutter/Design Consultant. It was around this time that he also began working on illustrations. After returning to Japan, he set up his own label (motonari ono) - and begun his career as an illustrator and fashion designer, creating illustrations to express his brand's image. His illustrations are created through the use of pencils and magic markers - his original, expressive and intricate images consist of female forms, flowers, and insects. His collage works burst with his excellent sense of aesthetics, already apparent in his works as a fashion designer.
